God is everywhere where we allow him to be. His accepted presence within what we feel, what we think, and what we do is what brings energy and life to that of which is good within and around us. It is within that feeling that embodiment of this belief that the poetry within this book was created. They embrace the presence of God as the source of everything good.
At the Fork in the Road
I am on a road most traveled
Where in a moment the journey quickly becomes so unraveled
Where steps forward leave so little to gain
From the bumps and potholes of suffering and pain
All leaving me feeling so lost and alone
So very much on my own
From every hopeful view of the end
Turning out to be just another horrible bend
Then, at the edge of my very last tear
Caught between me and the inflicted fear
As the road ahead began to grow dim
I started to give up hope until I came to the fork in the road
that led me to Him
