This book constitutes the refereed proceedings of the 13th IFIP/IEEE International Workshop on Distributed Systems: Operations and Management, DSOM 2002, held in Montreal, Canada, in October 2002. The 16 revised full papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 40 submissions.
